Joanna Long

Joanna, originally from Dublin, has been living and working in Zurich since 2016. She is an Irish qualified Solicitor and currently works as a corporate lawyer in a leading Swiss bank.

Prior to moving to Switzerland, Joanna spent six years in Luxembourg where she practiced at a Luxembourg business law firm. She has also lived in Brussels, working as a lawyer linguist on various EU Projects. Joanna holds a Bachelor in Civil Law (European) from University College Dublin and is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland, and in England and Wales.

With over 10 years of personal and professional experience as an-expat, Joanna understands the opportunities and challenges that arise in day-to-day life as an expat. She encourages and supports the fantastic opportunity that the IBN provides to Irish people and friends of Ireland working and living in Switzerland to connect, meet-up and grow their networks through the events and platform that the IBN provides. Joanna is currently Co-Chapter Head of the Zurich IBN.
