Stephen McGonigle

Stephen is an Irish watchmaker trained in Dublin and living and working in Switzerland since 1997. In 2007 Stephen joined forces with his brother John to create their own brand, McGonigle Watches, making complicated timepieces.



Mary Mayenfisch-Tobin

Mary Mayenfisch-Tobin is an Irish solicitor who has lived in Switzerland since 1987.  An expert in Business and Human Rights she has been a lobbyist with the Business and Human Rights group of Amnesty International Switzerland since 2005. Very involved in women’s rights and social issues in Vaud she founded the BSL Business and human rights platform – launched by Former President of Ireland Mrs Mary Robinson- in 2015 in Lausanne.


Valerie Guertler-Doyle

Valerie Guertler-Doyle is a Business Executive, a catalyst, a change agent and a passionate believer in diversity as a business driver . She has over 30 years experience in the Healthcare business sector and is currently founder of  Diversity in Business (https://www.facebook.com/Diversity-in-Business) a consultancy that helps businesses and other organizations to understand and leverage the power of diversity to achieve impact. She is also a lecturer in the University of Applied Sciences in Basel on cross cultural management and leadership, as well as actively involved in HSG `Women back to Business´ programme.

In addition she is President of the Irish Business Network in Switzerland, connecting Irish and Swiss business, a member of the European HBA (Healthcare Business Association) Advisory Board in Europe and board member of two companies.
