“What is takes to start a Small Business” Event 29th June 2017

Dear IBN member,

We are delighted to invite you to an exciting Summer event in Zürich, on 29th June, taking place in the classic Carlton Bar in the city centre.

Following on from our recent successful events in Zürich and Basel on “Living in Switzerland from a legal standpoint” we have put together a special evening with a very interesting topic

of “What is takes to start a Small Business”.

We’ve noticed that many of our IBN members have been thinking of or are in the middle of career changes and many of you have considered starting your own businesses. But how should you go about this?

This engaging talk will cover several important topics from both a business and individual perspective. Highlights will include ‘Writing a dynamic Business Plan”, “The key characteristics of a successful entrepreneurs” and some surprise topics. A Q&A session will be held at the end.

The speaker is Claire Corbett of Right Point http://www.rightpoint.ch/. With an extensive background in business and entrepreneurship, Claire set up Right Point to share her knowledge and experience with others and provide advice and guidance in the areas of expansion, streamlining or diversifying businesses. Claire is a qualified business coach and a holder of a Business Marketing Degree from Trinity College, Dublin.

All registered attendees will be entered into a prize draw to win a two hour 1 -1 coaching session with Claire. The draw will take place at the end of the evening.

This event will take place on 29th June (Thursday) at 18:30 – 21:00 in the Carlton bar, which is located in the heart of Zürich city. The talk will be held in the beautiful wine cellar downstairs, followed by networking upstairs in the Carlton bar.
