Participants will gain insights into Swiss labour law, mediation practices and relevant workplace legislation. Issues such as discrimination, harassment and bullying will be discussed which may be helpful and insightful.  Ways of dealing with such issues will also form part of the discussion. Good practices in place in different businesses may give participants food for thought and ideas of where their next career move might take them.
