We are delighted to invite you to an online lunchtime event, “An Introduction to Mindfulness” which will take place on Thursday 15 April from12:00-13:00 CET.
The impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the lockdown restrictions are affecting everyone whether young or old, and in both our personal and professional lives.
Why not take a break from it all by learning about mindfulness and the benefits it provides in helping to reduce stress and develop coping mechanisms.
This event will include a short guided mindfulness practice to get you started. After the event, we will share an audio recording of a mindfulness practice and a pdf of five simple ways to deal with stress.
Our Mindfulness session will be led by Ellen Shilling, Mindfulness & Meditation teacher and Life Coach.
We are also delighted to be able to offer two months membership of Ellen’s mindfulness practice (starting later in April) including access to online library resources, to all IBN members. Ellen will share access details at the event. If you are unable to attend the introductory session and are interested in the mindfulness practice membership, please contact us for details.
The event is organised by IBN Switzerland’s Zurich Chapter Co-Leads Joanna Long and Thérèse Langan.
