A Mindfulness Practice for the end of your day

Mindfulness is a powerful tool for modern professional life. Regular practice can increase focus and concentration, reduce stress and anxiety, and help prevent burnout.

We are delighted to invite you to an online evening event, A Mindfulness Practice for the end of your day” on Tuesday 8th February from 18:30 – 19:30 CET.

If you are

  • Curious about mindfulness and its benefits
  • Interested in a short, guided evening practice to transition from work to home, and “leave work at work”
  • Keen to reframe your mood and start your evening in a relaxing and open space

Please join us on a winter’s evening with Ellen Shilling, Mindfulness & Meditation teacher and life coach, for a presentation and short guided practice.

Ellen has kindly offered to provide a two month mindfulness membership entailing access to online library resources to all IBN members which shall be launched shortly after the event. This kind offer has been sponsored by the Government of Ireland Emigrant Support Programme.
