Time: 6.30 pm Arrival and refreshments, 7pm Presentation Start

Event Details:

The evening will commence by an introduction to our Host, Mr Colman Cuff, Managing Director of Starbucks Coffee Trading Company. Colman will tell us about his work both in Switzerland and globally, and will give us an overview of the work of this well-known organization. We will hear about the coffee and tea business, the Starbucks CAFÉ practices, how Starbucks work with their supply chain, with farmers and we will hear about their agricultural practices. Finally Colman will talk about the importance of Corporate social responsibility to this company.

Directions:

The Starbucks Coffee Trading Company is located close to the centre of Lausanne near St François. If you come by train, go up the Rue du Petit-Chêne (opposite the front entrance to the train station) and turn left at the top into the Rue du Grand-Chêne.
